1.What are your delivery charges and do you ship worldwide?
Postage and packaging is free for all orders. Items are gift packaged and sent 1st class Royal Mail and should arrive in 3 to 5 working days. We only ship within the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Delivery may take slightly longer to the Republic of Ireland. All transactions are in pounds sterling.
2.My order has not arrived in the stated time, what do I do?
Please note that if you are not in to take delivery of your order and it is too big to be posted, the package will be returned to your local sorting office. A note will be posted through your door to inform you for to collect or rearrange delivery. Most packages will not be too big to be posted through the letter box.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive within 10 days and you have received nothing from the post office please contact us at problems@shineymagpie.co.uk.

4.What are my payment options?
We use Paypal and if you are registered with Paypal this will go through the usual route. If you are not registered with Paypal then this is still useable as it will take you through the process and you will instead be asked for your credit or debit card details. This is a widely used and secure method of payment. We do not hold financial data for any transactions.
5.What if I wish to return my items?
If you are not satisfied with your items, then please e-mail us immediately at problem@shineymagpie.co.uk to inform us, stating order number and contact number. The item should be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or not what you ordered. Items must be unworn, in new condition, have all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please note that due to hygiene regulations, pierced earrings are non-returnable.
Return information will be supplied at point of contact.
RETURNS
Shiney Magpie wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, if however you are not happy with your goods, then we will offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will only be offered on goods that are returned within the 14 day period, otherwise an exchange may be offered up to 21 days after purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, there is no exchange or refund offered on pierced earrings. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged. Please make sure that you obtain proof of postage for tracking purposes.
Returned goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging with any original tags attached to them.
Please note that all pierced earrings are non-returnable and will not be refunded or exchanged.
